How do I hire Workers ?

An employer who has manpower requirement must submit the following recruitment documents to the nearest Indonesian Embassy/Consulate:

  1. Special Power of Attorney or Service/Recruitment Agreement.
  2. Master Employment Contract with the minimum contract provision.
  3. Manpower Request.

In the Power of Attorney, the employer will authorize us to test and conduct interview on their behalf to complete required .

JOB TITLE & DISC.

The job title for each position. A job description which lists the minimum requirements for qualification and experience of the candidate.

CONTRACT DRAFT

This is for the worker to know & understand which stipulates the rights and obligations between the company and the workers

AGENCY CHARGES

Charges are negotiable owing to the fact that we realize the flexibility require in our business & after 50% payment only we are able to process visa & other documentation.

24H SERVICE SUPPORT

  1. Service is the foundation of the company and is designed to assist clients based in Malaysia who are seeking to recruit staff from overseas.
  2. When an enquiry is received, a senior consultant will review and evaluate client requirements in detail. Accurate job specification will be drawn up, developed and reviewed with our client.
  3. A comprehensive personal history and career data form is sent to each applicant. These will be then assessed against the specification and suitable candidates will be invited for in-depth trade test and interview.
